"Lame Sunglasses"

I bought a pair of Polo Sport Sunglasses from the Sunglasses Hut at Heathrow when flying to South Africa in February. They cost approximately £60 and just last week when going to wear them the arm fell off and as I was in the street the screw and bolt disappeared without trace. I expect glasses to last longer than a 2 week holiday. 
 
I'd also be really interested to know where I can get a replacement pair or at least have the arm fitted back on - free of charge of course!
