St Andrews bureau have a policy of demanding through the tenancy agreement that any property they rent to you is professionally cleaned at the ned of the tenancy - carpets, kitchen and bathroom. Helpfully they provide the name of a company (who I assume they receive commission from). For a 1 bed flat this can cost £300. They will not accept a property you have cleaned yourself without receipts. I think this is unreasonable.
