"Non Existent Complaints system"
A review of Aldi by Zev1 - Monday 12th of July 2004I purchased a Medion Computer from Aldi in April. Bundled with it was Nero Software. I have just discovered that the version of Nero is a cut down limited version. To use all the features I must pay Nero a License fee. I have emailed Medion Support and they have not even replied. I too have failed to find any Aldi Customer Service address to contact.
There is no indication in the brochure to indicate that Nero is effectively a demo version. I think this is in breach of the Sale of Goods Act and I intend writing to the press and will also try to pursue the complaint route.
