The guys in Cambridge Digital Village work their socks off to try & keep us all happy. I've been dealing with them for over 20 years, long before they moved to Mill Road & changed their name from Music Village. I have no complaints. I'm living in Ireland now but recently bought a new setup & they were most helpful over the phone as regards what was best for me and at a good price. They have tolerated me well whenever I have been a pain in the butt & I thank them for that. Every time I have called in they have welcomed me with a cup of tea & a smile & have always been patient & sympathetic as regards my monkey level grasp with the latest high tech gear.

Thanks to Duncan & Mike that are helping me get a handle on the new stuff, all the others for putting up with my frequent phonecalls & thanks also to the many others I knew from the past including Mark, Tony & Johno.
