Having taken my junior high daughter into Regis for a hair-tipping colour session, the color was too pale on her blonde hair and she was quietly not happy. The master stylist cutting my hair then insisted that th color be re-done. This was our first experience at Regis and I appreciated the way the problem was instantly corrected, at no further expense to us.
