I have now been there three times now, all with the same experience. Once when it had just opened and the other times I had to because my friends did not listen to my advice. The 1st two times we went all the food was cold but we were all so hungry and had had to wait so long, we decided to eat the small uninspiring potions. On the last occasion however we were a group of sixteen. The same happened but this time we sent food back for reheating but the new dishes just kept on coming out cold. We finally spoke to the manager explained out disappointment sent all the food back settled the drinks bill and left. This my 1st time of ever having to do this and I will certainly never go there again.
