"Cold sealed in admin"

Bryco were OK in my opinion. However when I got them back to do back windows they were Coldseal. The work was poor and crass in details. Windows work and are OK from outside, but the plaster finishing and internal architraving was poor. Window was also broken during installation 16/4/04 which has never been replaced and it is 3 months later. As for getting a certificate. That appears to be way over the horizon. Hoping to get some recompense from Small claim process. Wish me luck.
