"Problem after problem"

I bought a new bike from Mike's bikes for 300 pounds last October. Since then I've had nothing but trouble with it.
Within the first month it was falling apart - it felt very shaky to ride. I took it in for the free first service which improved matters, but they failed to notice that the front forks were not being held in place securely because they hadn't tightened the nut enough.
Next came the loud clicking from around the pedals/bottom bracket area. I took it in twice for this problem initially, and both times (it seems) they simply ignored the problem and sprayed some oil, which fixed it but only for a few days. The third time I took it in, they replaced the pedals, which seemed to fix the problem. However, about a week later, the clicking came back with full force. This week I've taken the bike in twice to try and solve the clicking, an neither time have they sorted it.
Other problems I've had with the bike have been the outer tyre bursting, and the front brake cord snapping. This bike is by far the most expensive bike I've owned and also by far the worst built.
Apart from the poor quality bike at an inflated price, and the inability to fix what is surely not a difficult problem, my main concern is the level of customer service and their attitude. They are always extremely reluctant to do the repairs under the warrantee they offered when I purchased it (for example 'you've had too much warrantee work on this bike'), and their unfriendly attitude makes you feel guilty about asking for it.
I certainly plan on taking my bike elsewhere in future for repair, and will never buy from them again.
