I've shopped in Game several times and have never had anything to complain about. The staff are certainly not brain dead, they are very knowledgeable and more than willing to answer questions or even just chat for a bit. The best bit is if they don't know the answer to a question they say 'Sorry, I do not know' which in my mind is far better than being fed some half baked marketing rubbish and giving the wrong idea just so that a sale can be made.
Oh, by the way, itâ€™s Generals not Genearals. Maybe you should read a dictionary one night instead of playing computer games.
