a great place to enjoy a multi cultural environment, especially if you like reggae music and a nice relaxed west indian environment, good music, friendly atmosphere, open till midnight, plays soul music too, i am currently living in japan and miss the devonshire so much, i used to live in newmarket, suffolk, and the devonshire was my weekly local, you will like it.
