As some of you know the last owners of jcurtis alan&alex doherty moved to scotland to live and open up a new bakery. But i really missed alans bread pasties e.c.t Not many traditional bakers around anymore. As i recall he was up at 1am every morning,every thing that he baked was fresh and all pasties were made by hand! and they were absoulultly delecious all that hard work! you can find him now still baking at ullapool bakery scotland all those scotch pies!!!
