"Arbury Road Doctors Surgery"

If the previous review was praise for the Arbury road Surgery then mine is the opposite. Over the past 5 years i have gone to the surgery with varous symptoms but have been dismissed each time and left to feel like a malingerer. I visit the surgery approx twice a year but each time wonder why i bother. Is it an issue with the Doctors dedication or is it a reflection on the number of patients they have to see and the short amount of time they have with each patient? What ever the reason i know that the only time i have received adequate care has been when i have refused to be brushed off with platitudes.
