"Sarcastic Staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

A review of Balfour News by Helen - Monday 16th of August 2004

Having just had the following sarcastic attitude thrown at me by a member of Balfour news, Barnet Branch, opposite Barnet Odean Cinema, Herts, i shall never set foot in that shop again, more or less every day i buy my paper, sweeties, bus tickets and untold magazines, already spent 30quid alone since Wednesday. Having got my paper this morning, as i was making my way down the aisle looking for mags to buy as well as reading the front page, a very sarcastic voice came across to me "scuse me mate, we're not a Library", i replied "yes i know, i am buying it" she replied @well thats alright then" excellent tone and training towards customers i think NOT, will not buy from this shop again and have told all my friends not to either, as it is round the corner from our office we all frequent the shop, but no more
