"Rude staff"

I DISSAGRE with jman.I Ihave just been a CUSTOMER in the food marks and spencers and was served by a very RUDE girl who does not know the meaning of please or thank you . INFACT SHE SAID NOTHING 2 ME OR ANY OF THE OTHER CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF ME . i work in retail myself and this is not ths type of CUSTOMER SERVICE i expect when i wish 2 shop .It does not do any harm in making frendly conversation with cusomers that pay our wages.i was so angry by the POOR level of customer service that i complaned about the RUDENESS of this staff member .i EXPECT 2 BE at least greeted with a smile.
