"Carlos Kebabs- great purple stuff"

Carlos Kebabs are great! The difficult part is deciding whether to order doner, chicken doner, shish, or chicken shish! I always request a variation on the doner- with lots of purple pickled cabbage, no onions, no bread, no sauce... and they get it right every time!
