We are a independant, family owned company and come across this situation again and again. Once they have taken the deposit the customer assumes they cannot use anybody else. However are you all aware you do not have to use the recommended windscreen replacement company and you can use whoever you want if it means you can get security and service the same day!! So, support your local companies who will go out of their way and go the extra mile to help their customers, unlike the nationals.
