"My bank sent me choccies"

A review of Lloyds TSB Bank by P Barry - Thursday 2nd of September 2004

I have been with Lloyds TSB for 32 years and have experienced a few errors/incompetance over the years, I feel it is acceptable considering that on the whole I have received very good, fair service. When I have noticed the few errors that have occured (2 of them have been recently) Lloyds have done their utmost to rectify them and waived my interest charges of £27.77 (which was great!) also, on another occasion when they failed to keep 3 telephone appointments, I complained and they sent me some lovely chocolates, OK I would rather have the cash instead, but it was a nice gesture.

On the whole, I think they are a good, fair bank and customer service that I have experienced over the 32 years has mainly been very good.
