A review of Marks & Spencer by Manny - Wednesday 2nd of April 2003
Now when i think M&S a bell rings in my mind QUALITY, M&S truly provides some delicious food, however i bought a cheesecake the other day had one bite and threw it away and it cost about £3.00 expensive. Thecompany has good quality food but some other products also need to be at the same level. By offeing a wider range og food selection bearing in mind QUALITY FOOD i think i shall shop there even more and also bring friends, relatives there aswell.
The staff are polite, being continously managed generates a more productive workforce which M&S subsitutes well in it's business activities. Fundamentally maintaining the progress of Quality Control within M&S will be the foundations of its success.
Thank you M&S for taking consumers needs into account, all the best of luck. Keep up the good work from a Student of Advanced Business and Economics studies.
