I always go to Ladbrokes Racing in King street Cambridge, because of the ambience in there. Also , lets not forget that there are some good pubs down King street. I like the King street Run and the St. Radegund on the corner as it has won awards for its beer.
To talk about betting, Ladbrokes Racing is the best betting place I have been. It is well established in the betting world. You know where you are in a Ladbrokes Racing shop. They do all the major championships and sport and also entertain some creative betting from inspired individuals.
They are professional. Not some two bit outfit you might find online or in some village shopping court.I have never had a complaint about their procedures. Albeit that I win more than I lose, this might have something to do with it, but if you get to know your sport you will do well.
I recently bet on a 2h45 at Kempton a few weeks ago. It was an each way bet as I like to keep my options open. I got exceptional odds on a relative outsider and it cam in third by a nose. It was a feisty little donkey. I had heard through friends that this little one was a good placement bet.
I some times go down to Newmarket racecourse to bet in the flesh. This is the real buzz. You get something out of doing it for real, at least I do However, I cant always afford it and Ladbrokes Racing is the next best thing. The staff are friendly, the options are good. They have been in it along time, and it shows.
