"Good Service and Good Phones at The Link"

When I went to The Link to buy my first mobile phone, I found the staff to be polite and helpful. All I was after was a cheap, no-frills pay as you go mobile, with no contract or anything fancy. However, from past experience of salesmen, I was half expecting the staff to ignore this and pressurise me into buying something more expensive or rope me into some contract I didn’t want. I was therefore pleasantly surprised to be served by an assistant who listened to what I wanted, showed me a few suitable models and recommended one of them, before letting me make my choice.
Not only was the service very good, but his recommendation turned out to be spot-on too, because a year later, I have had no problems with that phone. I have therefore the chance to observe my phone usage, so I’ll now know what kind of contract to go for should I ever want one - and if I do, I’ll go back to The Link.
