I do appreciate it if Townsends does usually offer good friendly service (which is what I heard before and why I went there in the first place) and that they give away quality bikes for children, I really do.
I probably caught them on a bad day, but call it 'attitude', but I tend to base my opinion of shops on my own experience. Might give it another try in future.
