Im not being funny, WHY are you all moaning. All banks are the same so you just have to deal with it!!

Moaning about charges, etc. The bank has to charge! They have to make money somehow, or you could all stop going over your overdrafts (seeing as it is the banks money) and pay your direct debits properly! Then you wont have charges.

And people moaning about the customer service centres! Everyone in the customer service centre is trained to a higher extent at the branch in some cases. How do you think they employees at the centre feel when they have customers moaning to them on a daily basis!?!?!? I bet you would love it if someone kept moaning to you day in day out at your job wouldnt you!!!??
