You all keep moaning, why dont you just close your accounts then??
People moan about charges yeah?? well stop going overdrawn (seeing as its the banks money) and have enough money in your account to pay your direct debits then!?!? SIMPLE AS!!!

And people who moan about customer service centres should just think first!! All staff go through loads of training for about 2 months, some training is more extent at the centre than at the branch! And how do you think the staff feel when they have people like you who moan!? They have to deal with that all the time!?!? How about if loads of people come in to your job and moan moan moan, day in at you!? I bet you would love it wouldnt you!?!?

If you are all bothered that much, close your accounts!!!!
