I popped into Cambridge PC world to pick up a Microsoft Office update and a memory stick. I found the boxes on the shelves OK, but trying to get hold of the products that go in them was a very different matter. The till assistant asked the supervisor to get them but he couldn't find them, and there the matter rested for quarter of an hour. Eventually the till assistant went to have a look herself, but had no better luck. In the end she and the supervisor teamed up and went looking together, and eventually they returned with the goods. In the end it took about 45 minutes to buy two items.

I'm not going back unless I'm desperate!
