"Review of Robert Sayles"

A review of Robert Sayle by Dian Montgomerie - Tuesday 8th of April 2003

I live in Australia, have visited the website and can find out nothing about the shop at all!

I bought a beautiful black and white check tablecloth made in India (said to be handwoven but - - - ). After washing it twice, it has begun to disintegrate - ie it tears at the slightest pull.

There is no email contact for Robert Sayles, a shop I enjoy visiting when in Cambridge as it contains most of what one needs in the way of household items, and they are usually of good quality.

Without the receipt I am sure there is nothing I can do, but I would like the information to get to someone. I have a fifty-year old tablecloth which I was replacing - it has a small tear in it!
