TO THE LADY WHO HAS A MANAGER WHO DOES NOT CALL HER, WHY BLAME THE CONTACT CENTRES.AFTER ALL THEY DO THERE JOB REAL GOOD, THEY ARE THERE SO THE BRANCHES HAVE MORE FACE-FACE TIME WITH CUS.
