Less a pub, more a giant cattle shed. Push in loads of pikey kids and the vile students, sell lots of cheap booze and rubbish food.

This is what pubs in a lot of towns are like now: soulless, hateful, dimwitted. This is the sort of place that gives this whole country a bad name. Atmosphere of desperate virginity and repressed anger. Spotty kids. If drinking age was 21, like the US, this place would have to close.
