Unfortunately it is not just Zenith who use these tactics of outstaying their welcome and giving a totally unreasonably price only to be told (after speaking to their boss) that they could offer a better price (sometimes even less than 50% discount). I have seen this happen on numerous occasions and have concluded they all go to the same "School of double glazing tactics".
