"Bush work hard for the sellers."
A review of Bush & Co Estate Agents by Katie - Friday 24th of June 2005
Bush are super efficient and email you every time a property you might like comes on, (we even got called to tell us the same day they got a property in when one that was almost perfect did) they've also told us not to bother with some houses that we wouldn't like. All in all they're very easy to deal with- polite, super organised- they once annoyed us because they rang around all second viewings on a house we wanted, to top our offer, so we lost it; but they're paid by the sellers, not us, and as it was only a couple of grand they can't have been motivated by the extra commission. They're definitely getting our custom when we come to sell ours. (We're first time buyers.) Haarts are useless, Hockeys and Pocock overprice. Pocock don't even bother to register you when you call to ask- "just use the website" which given what they earn from commission staggered us. Vincent Shaw registered us, and we never heard another word again. Our budget is £230k and we're first time buyers, so it's not like they don't stand to make anything from a sale.
