Hello All and my name is David.

I work for kfc in New South Whales, Australia and have for the past 2 years. my job there is a Customer Service Team Memember.

I am Very Glad to hear what people say. And i am very gald to see some people relise what we have to go through. Now in my years there i have recived alot of customer complaints and really if you think our service is bad our food is bad and our resturants aren't good enough will it's as simple as DON'T eat there it's really that simple. and i did find that comment about skin problems offensive because i have skin problems (Acne) and i serve customers. But i just thought it would be interesting to see what people had to say about kfc and its service. if ANYONE has questions they would like to ask me about kfc or service or has any comments please ask or tell me.
