Firstly just to let you know bay unfortunetly does not have own website. With regards to your comment on the stck bay hardly ever keep spare stock in stockroom, only basic lines. If you dont phone the store and tell the manager about the service you recieved it will never improve. But please remember when you do get good service a thank you goes a long way.
