Don't know what you're on about, Gail. I go to the Dev every monday and most thursdays, and they stop serving at 12.
Great pub...bit of a dive, maybe, but seriously friendly crowd (ie; us!) especially on monday for the roots dub. On my way down there in an hour or so, in fact.
