My 13th birthday was ruined at this restaurant in cambridge due to slow service and poor food quality, more to the point we recived our starters, ate them then were told half an hour later that three of our meals (two of my friends and my sisters one) could not be made because of a lack of ingredients (tomato sauce for pizza and pasta). which they did not make it came from a packet! the service was diabolical, we ordered, then most of the food arived about an hour later except for my friends dads which they forgot. even then it wasn't right my mum's was cold and had to be returned and my dads was greasy and not very nice. the final straw was that we had to pay for food we didnt like!!!
