"Terrible"

I went to the prince regent with some collegues recently and ordered food. we waited nearly an hour for our meal, and when asking the barman where our food was he preceeded to pick at his acne whilst giving us some mumbled excuse. when our food did arrive it looked like it had been deep fat fried, oven fried, grilled and shallowed fried all at once. maybe the chef thought it wasn't cooked enough!?!? I really would not advise paying a visit to this pub. unfortunately as with most big companies, they only care about getting the punters in not about longevity of custom and loyalty. I work nearby and often have working lunches with clients and collegues and have definately ruled this pub out!
