"Heffers Art & Graphics Shop - disappointing service"

A review of Tindalls Art and Graphics by Tim Appleford - Saturday 19th of April 2003

I visited this shop recently looking for a Calligraphy pen for a friend. I know very little about calligraphy pens and so decided to ask the young lady behind the counter if she could help me choosing one.

The extent of her help was just to point to where the pen section was. She obviously didnt give a damn about customers. Needless to say, this did not make things any easier. I decided to go to one of their competitors instead and give my money to people who value their customers.
