"Review of Mamma Amalfi"

A review of Bella Italia by John Skinner written on Sunday 20th of April 2003

Mamma's has always been very pleasant but they could bring their prices down a little. The Peroni at the Lakeside Restaurant is £3.85 a pint - wholly ludicrous. Their wine is even pricier, which wouldn't be a problem if it was decent. That said, their staff (at Lakeside) are generally very good. I will continue to go there ad nauseum, or did I mean ad infinitum!! Bloody Latin, isn't that where Italian came from?!

A happy customer (who has never been to Cambridge)of Mamma's (at Lakeside)..
