"Fantastic"

My partner and I ate at The Volunteer last friday night and it was lovely. I understand that there have been difficulties with the pub in past months as it has struggled to find it's place as either a pub or a restaurant. The food was delicious and not at all pricey. (two courses each and a bottle of wine for around a total of £45) My partner and I were late but the staff reserved a later table for us with no fuss when I called them. All staff were polite, charming and helpful. Fantastic Food and service, will be going back soon..
