In five years of living in cambridge, I have yet to meet anybody who has ever been to the Ugly Duckling. The location is excellent and they should be doing loads of business, but their menu and decor screams "overpriced takeaway." As a result, the place is always empty - inevitably, you see people walk up, read the menu, and then saunter away. Here's a solution, Duckling people (no, it's not "don't post the menu"). Rather, make some truly economically appealing "specials", make the portions and quality at least as good as Dojo's, and you'll be making money hand over fist. I mean, you have one of the best locations in Cambridge and you are basically wasting it..
