"SUPER-SUPER DRUG STAFF"

Hi

We are Mr and Mrs. Buckley .... we bought a digital camera from Wythenshawe Town Centre store on Saturday, when we got it home it had already been opened and there were no batteries. We didn't realise that we also needed a memory card so we went back yesterday (Sunday). We then found it didn't work and ended up going back this morning.

The problem got sorted immediately .. the young lad acting as temporary Manager was really helpful on all occasions and needs a good pat on the back for excellent service. He was pleased to see us this morning ... I'd left my credit card in the machine and it saved him chasing us to return it. We should have made a note of his name, we don't see service like that very often and he'd just finished a 7 day week and worked almost 70 hours!

Needed one of the top guys to know how pleased we've been.
