"What a joke"

I can't believe I am reading this! I placed my view on this website back in January and to see the latest comment was only a month after, we probably had the same hairdresser. I have now been visiting Futuro and really feel like they care and listened to what I wanted. Michaela is fantastic and even though it has taken me 2 attempts to get it to how I wanted my hair in the first place, I know that she had a lot to deal with and looked after my hair!!! Futuro are fantastic!!!.
