"Traveler Camera - No DVD Software"

I recently bought a Traveler Camera from Aldi and I am very pleased with the results. But the software supplied with the camera does not even recognise the files that it produces. If it did recognise them then it can only produce VCDs NOT DVDs as promised on the Box and the Web site. I have made several phone calls to Traveler and sent two letters, each time new software is promised. But none arrives. This is a situation where a contact with Aldi (the supplier) is imperative. What would happen if the £750 LCD TV that I bought from them went wrong? I buy from them every week but wonder what they have to hide by being Ex directory and Ex Postage !!!.
