A review of Sofa Workshop by Lou written on Friday 18th of August 2006
I ordered the fenton 3 seater sofa through the sofa workshop website. This came and was delivered within the 8 weeks and the 2 delivery men were very helpful and careful, unwrapped everything and even plumped up the cushions!
11 months later I ordered the single seater through MFI as it was on offer. This did take just over the 8 weeks but came on the given delivery date. The delivery men were not as helpful and left me to unwrap everything and dispose of the packaging.
Customer services were fine when we needed to contact them re delivery and there were no defects with the sofas at all.
I would recommend this company although I would only buy when offers are on as I think that the products are overpriced compared to other retailers. .
