"How naive I was!!"

Last year I wanted to buy the Aldi digital receiver with 80gbhard drive. I turned up on the morning of the sale at 10am to find that all had been sold.

I learned by my mistake and on the 23rd of this month I was outside Aldi at 7am and was 3rd one there. The lady who was first said that she had been told that

there were 13 of the 32” TVs in store and if we wanted a hot drink, to knock on the door.

By 8am there were a dozen of us there and the Manager came out and issued a token to each of us.

By 9am there were a lot of people there. Many had left when told that a token was required. We entered and went to the tills, handed over the tokens, paid and were handed our TVs.

I think that the Manager handled the situation in a very professional manner. I shall certainly be using Aldi again.
