"Not always reliable"

I've shopped there a lot over the years, but the prices are rediculous sometimes - it would be cheaper and quicker to go online. Also the range and variety of music for non-piano / guitar players is poor. I must have half the music for saxophone that is of a high enough level for me to enjoy and find challenging..
