"The worst service I've ever experienced"

A review of Chilis Grill & Bar by Mr Flibble written on Saturday 2nd of December 2006

My wife and I decided to go to Chilis one night after having gone the cinema.

I have no idea what the food is like because they couldn't even be bothered to say "hello" and show us to a table.

Instead the floor manager (or whatever her job title is) point blank ignored us. She took the 'phone, chatted to her mates and after a very patient SIX minute wait on our behalf, I got vocal and asked if she was actually going to deal with us and the ever growing queue of people behind us.

She sneered and walked off. Un-bloody believable!

I wouldn't mind but the restaraunt was nearly empty. It wasn't like she was rushed off her feet.

No I would not recommend them. Nor would I wee on them if they were on fire. .
