"Aldi/Tevion Helpline was superb"

I had purchased a Tevion DVD player with surroundsound almost 2 years ago. While I was moving this equipment I broke the pins on the connector from the DVD to sub woofer. I phoned the Tevion helpline and they gave me a number to call as the warrantyhad expired. I phoned this number explained my predicament and had the replacement cable next day. FREE OF CHARGE.

Excellent service.
