When my husband took me to Chilli's the 1st time I didn't like at all but now I am a great fan. The quality, taste, and service you get depend on the location. I hate the one's in Fort Lauderdale by the Sawgrass but love the one in Orlando at the Loop. I went back to the same restaurant that we went the 1st time a year and half ago and order my favorite meals there and it didn't taste that good. If you didn't have a good a experience at a location try another one, it's quite good trust me I have been eating there for about 7 1/2 year, I am a picky eater and a fan of great customer service. If you ever in Kissimee try the one at the Loop, it is excellent and by the way it's fairly new - ps. do not seat toward the back next to the bathroom they tend to forget about you and each time someone came front he bathroom they shake their hands and drops of water will hit you.
