"Updating your pvr1620 to v1.8 ???"

Hi there

i have also saw the listing on the DTG website be removed, dont know when we will receive it now.

although some one has said they have already downloaded it i dont know how ?

but do we know how to update our box ?

i was told to leave it on standby over night

but i have also done a manual update with no sucess , but i wonder do we have to be tuned into a certain channel to actually receive the update ?

the DTg website say the update was on multiplex B

and if you do some research there is only an handfull

or so channels on multiplex b, so therefore i would presume i would have to be tuned to one of them channels at around the 3AM in the moring when the box goes and checks for updates to the firmware ????

or is this just for updating new channels ?

does anyone know the correct procedure ???
