The comment you made regarding Shirley being a RM and 'not short' is ****. The West was split into 2 areas, Shirley to look after one temporarily and me the other. Before being promoted to regional trainer for the North, then temp regional manager for half of the West I was studio manager of Stoke. Had I still been there with basic plus a commission I would have earned a lot more. In 7 months Shirley & I earned commission once as there were twenty stores to achieve their target before we recieved any. Shirleys husband is also due to lose his job in January... so back off! .
