I Gemma ~I was telesales manager in teh milesbrough 1 building and had a very good relationship with ustoer services especially Jill and Mike because regardless of what people think if I found out any of the ops were mis selling I came down like a ton of bricks. I had ops on written and final writen warnings for misselling. I wasat olan Mills to earn a living as were many of the peopple I worked with not to rip the customers off. Telesales had a bsd reputation but beleive you many there was many loyal and genuine people employed in tsa and we are all facing a christmas without a job.

Merry christmas to everyone of you regardless of your role in the company or the area you were employed in after all the onething we have in common is we have all been shafted.
